Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed the next business day. During launches and festive periods this may extend to 3 business days.
Delivery time
Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 business days
Rest of India: 4 to 8 business days
Remote, hilly and North-Eastern locations: 7 to 12 business days
Shipping charges
Shipping charges applicable to your order are calculated and shown at checkout, before payment. All prices and charges are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live on the courier's website.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and write to us within 48 hours with photographs. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a claim.
