Return window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with its seal and original packaging intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume oils can only be returned if they arrived damaged, leaking or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email gamingwithashik1n1nly@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item. If your return is approved we will send you instructions on where to send the parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can put it right at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the amount.
